SusChem Belgium is a catalyst for a sustainable chemistry. Launched by essenscia, the Belgian chemical industry association, in April 2012, SusChem Belgium is the Belgian partner of SusChem Europe, the technology platform for sustainable chemistry and enables the Greenwin and Catalisti regional innovation hubs to be represented at European level
National level objectives
SusChem Belgium has three main goals to:
- Coordinate European programmes on sustainable chemistry with national and regional initiatives
- Facilitate transnational cooperation
- Inform SusChem Europe of national projects that should be taken into account in the framework of European initiatives.
