The ‘Trilateral Strategy for the Chemical Industry’ is a cross-border cooperation between the
Netherlands, Flanders and North Rhine-Westphalia. To strengthen the innovation and competitiveness of the chemical industry in this region, a comprehensive joint industry-government partnership between these three regions has been established with active participation of essenscia Flanders, VCI-NRW and VNCI (Netherlands). This partnership is based on the vision set out in the trilateral strategy and will help the industry to achieve the potential growth opportunities that have been identified
