The one-day conference, organised in conjunction with the European Biotechnology Week, will bring together experts and policy makers to discuss the current status and future of Industrial Biotechnology in Europe. Besides introducing the outcomes of the project, the objective is to allow further networking and enhance the broader awareness of the EU community at large on opportunities and gaps of Industrial Biotechnology.
