Dorota Pawlucka, MBA. Graduated in linguistics and MBA with focus on change management and barriers to innovation in research-driven networks on the example of industrial biotechnology. She has 16+ years of experience in the management of national and EU research and innovation projects and networks (FP5 - Horizon2020), esp. with the Faculty of Biochemical and Chemical Engineering at TU Dortmund. She initiated, built-up and led an EU-project management group at TU Do to support scientists in developing and managing collaboration projects. Since Jan. 2017, working as alliance manager, senior public funding consultant and project manager for Carbon4PUR (SPIRE-8-2017) at Covestro Germany AG.
